The Tea Party announce special guest support Human Kebab for the June 2024 Australian tour

Live Nation are excited to announce Human Kebab will be joining the lineup with Iconic Canadian rockers The Tea Party when they head back to Australia this June for the first time since 2019, bringing their [TRIPtych] 25 tour to our shores.

An integral part of kinetic Canadian alt-rock sensation Ubiquitous Synergy Seeker Human Kebab (AKA Jason Parsons) has been a songwriter, producer and one of Canada’s most beloved artists for decades. With the end of USS in June 2022, Parsons has returned to his first love and favourite stomping ground, DJing and remixing, colliding pop, alt-rock, hip hop, house, techno, drum and bass, and more into a deadly good time.

Performing shows across the country in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Thirroul and Brisbane, The Tea Party will be playing a set that not only features their greatest hits and rarities – but will be exploring their fourth studio album ‘Triptych’ on a more in-depth basis. Some of these songs have never been heard live before, and some haven’t been heard for years.

Initially released through EMI in Australia in June 1999, this year marks the 25th anniversary of ‘Triptych’.  Featuring the smash hit ‘Heaven Coming Down’, which was the band’s first #1 in Australia, and fan favourite, the Daniel Lanois’ cover ‘The Messenger’,‘Triptych’ also achieved double Platinum sales and debuted Top 20 in the ARIA charts. 

Since releasing their major-label debut album ‘Splendor Solis’ in 1993, The Tea Party has come to be regarded as one of the world’s most innovative rock bands, with a sound that incorporates everything from traditional instrumentation from around the world, to cutting-edge digital technology.   Now, after more than 30 years as a band, The Tea Party is ready to open a new chapter in its saga, a story that remains rooted in the goal to create new, ambitious, and thought-provoking music. MG Live and Frontier Touring are excited to announce multi-platinum & GRAMMY award-winning artist, Macklemore will make his highly-anticipated return to Australia and New Zealand with a series of headline shows in May 2024.

Macklemore will first head to New Zealand for a show at Wellington’s TSB Arena on Wednesday 8 May and Auckland’s Spark Arena on Thursday 9 May. The singer-songwriter will then perform four headline shows in Australia including Hordern Pavilion, Sydney on Saturday 11 May, Melbourne’s John Cain Arena on Wednesday 15 May, Brisbane’s Riverstage on Friday 17 May before rounding out his headline tour with a final show at Perth’s HBF Stadium on Monday 20 May.

Hardline are excited to announce, for their first time in Australia, Canadian Power Metal ground breakers UNLEASH THE ARCHERS, to tour Australia & New Zealand in 2024.

UNLEASH THE ARCHERS were formed in 2007 by front-woman Brittney Slayes, together with drummer Scott Buchanan, while attending the University of Victoria on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

After moving to Vancouver in 2010 the band underwent several lineup changes, but were finally able to cement their unique, genre-blending style of Heavy Metal with the addition of Grant Truesdell, Andrew Kingsley and Nick Miller.

By weaving the aggression of the more extreme genres into the intricacies of traditional Heavy Metal, UTA have created a sound unlike anything else in the industry.
