A DAY TO REMEMBER SHARE NEW SINGLE “FEEDBACK”

OFFICIAL MUSIC VIDEO STREAMING NOW

A Day To Remember have shared their brand-new single “Feedback,” which is available now on all streaming platforms and accompanied by a Jeb Hardwick directed official music video that features producers Drew Fulk (WZRD BLD) and Zakk Cervini – watch it HERE. “Feedback” is co-produced by the band’s own Jeremy McKinnon alongside Fulk and Cervini, and marks the first new music from the band in two years, signaling the dawn of a new era for the Florida group.

A Day To Remember are currently gearing up to embark on The Least Anticipated Album Tour, which will see them headlining arenas and amphitheaters across North America this summer. Kicking off June 6th at The Ledge Amphitheater in Waite Park, MN, the coast-to-coast run will mark A Day To Remember’s first headline shows in the U.S. in over a year and with stops at New Jersey’s Prudential Center, California’s KIA Forum, and Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre along the way. The tour will feature special guests The Story So Far and Four Year Strong with Militarie Gun, Pain Of Truth, and Scowl appearing on select dates [tour itinerary below].

Furthermore, A Day To Remember are set for a series of U.S. festival appearances this year including performances at Four Chord Music Festival (6/22) and When We Were Young (10/19 + 10/20). For tickets and more information on A Day To Remember’s upcoming live dates, visitwww.adtr.com.

A Day To Remember released their latest studio album You’re Welcome in 2021. Largely produced by Colin “DOC” Brittain and the band’s own Jeremy McKinnon, the 14-track collection represented another major step forward for the acclaimed group. Highlighted by singles “Brick Wall,” “Degenerates,” “Resentment,” “Mindreader” and the #1 Active Rock single “Everything We Need,” A Day To Remember incited critical praise with You’re Welcome. Revolver declared, “[Brick Wall] showcases the group’s signature mix of post-hardcore heaviness and pop-rock hooks,” while Consequence of Sound declared, “the Florida rockers’ new LP will continue their wide-ranging sound that ranges from infectious pop-punk to crushing metalcore.” Forbesput it simply, “It seems A Day To Remember are only just getting started,” and Billboard praised the band’s “anthemic hybrid of post-hardcore and pop.” Popdustavowed A Day To Remember “have all but mastered their niche melding of pop melodies with hardcore music,” while Kerrang! attested, “‘You’re Welcome’ is the perfect soundtrack to this strange and uncertain world that we live in.”

In 2022 the band returned with the standalone single “Miracle,” accompanied by an emotionally charged music video. The band also reignited their You’re Welcome track “Re-Entry” with a new version featuring Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 – LISTEN HERE.

ABOUT A DAY TO REMEMBER:

Since their formation in 2003, A Day To Remember quietly emerged as arguably the biggest underground band in the world. The Florida group affirmed this status by achieving one platinum album, two gold albums, one platinum single, and four gold singles. Not to mention, each full-length record ascended to #1 on the Billboard Rock, Indie, and/or Alternative Charts with 2016’s Bad Vibrations bowing at #2 on the Billboard 200. They’ve put up unprecedented numbers for a rock act in the 21st century, generating nearly 2 billion streams worldwide and sales of three million-plus units. They’ve also packed arenas on continental tours and attracted a global audience consisting of millions.

RUN Release Sophomore EP ‘True Heaviness Is Time’ & Touring Nationally This July & August

RUN
RELEASE SOPHOMORE EP
TRUE HEAVINESS IS TIME

TOURING NATIONALLY THIS JULY + AUGUST

“…True Heaviness Is Time is a force to be reckoned with.”Everblack Media

“True Heaviness Is Time is a compelling testament to RUN’s ever-evolving sound…this EP fortifies RUN’s standing in the post-metalcore scene and heralds a promising and dynamic future for the band.” – The AU Review

True Heaviness Is Time is here. The second EP from Melbourne blackened post-metalcore band RUN sees the vision of vocalist Lochlan Watt standing fully formed.

True Heaviness Is Time is a dynamic and powerful tour de force that grips as it slams from peak to peak, with barely a moment to breathe between explosions of lush melody and deeply crushing riffs. With an outlook forged through the fires of Watt’s personal triumph over brain cancer, True Heaviness Is Time tackles the pain of existence with an aural violence powered by positivity.

Featuring guest vocals from Joel Birch of The Amity Affliction, John Floreani of Trophy Eyes, and Sophie Jest of R.U.B, there’s a multitude of diverse sounds on display within the band’s own unique take on heavy music – a classic 2000s metalcore sound infused with modern post-black metal.

Self-produced and engineered by guitarist Lewis Noke-Edwards, the release is polished off with a stunning mix from Forrester Savell (Karnivool, Animals As Leaders) and insane sci-fi inspired art direction by Patrick Galvin (Parkway Drive, Northlane).

An incredibly limited vinyl run of True Heaviness Is Time, also featuring the 2020 debut EP For You Will Never Find Peace Within Your Quiet as the B-side, will be available for pre-order on June 7 through Stiff Cut Records.

While RUN‘s previous studio collaboration, the 2023 single Everyone’s Cancelled, Everything’s Cancer, introduced a full lineup while spitting out the resentment from prior years to create a fresh slate, the track also saw the band go on to tour around the country with Deafheaven, Hexis, and Earth Caller.

Now completed by fellow veteran musicians guitarists Lewis Noke-Edwards and Arron Parker Richards, drummer Adrian Horsman and bassist/vocalist Benn Gaylor, RUN sits upon a new bundle of self-produced, bittersweet crushers that shine bright thanks to the glorious mix of Forrester Savell (Karnivool).

Having honed their skills on recent tours with Svalbard, The Amity Affliction, RUN will officially launch the release with a collection of gigs and festivals across Australia this July and August.

NILE are back with their first album in 5 Years!

NILE

Death Metal Icons to Release First New Album in Five Years, The Underworld Awaits Us All

Out August 23, 2024 via Napalm Records

New Single, “Chapter for Not Being Hung Upside Down on a Stake in the Underworld and Made to Eat Feces by the Four Apes”, Out Now

World-renowned American death metal icons NILE return in 2024 with their highly-anticipated 10th onslaught, The Underworld Awaits Us All, out August 23 via Napalm Records. Boasting airtight technicality and unrelenting brutality, the new album pushes each member of NILE – founding mastermind/guitarist Karl Sanders, longtime drum master George Kollias, vocalist/guitarists Brian Kingsland and Zach Jeter, and bassist Dan Vadim Von – to their furthest extremes both in artistry and performance.

Once again produced and recorded at Sanders’ own Serpent Headed Studios in Greenville, South Carolina, the band returned to Vile Nilotic Rites engineer Mark Lewis (Cannibal Corpse, Dying Fetus, Whitechapel) for mixing and mastering.

In celebration of today’s announcement, NILE have dropped the album’s first new single, “Chapter for Not Being Hung Upside Down on a Stake in the Underworld and Made to Eat Feces by the Four Apes”, alongside a new official music video. Topped by killer screams and gutturals, the track is a winding hacksaw of brutal tech-death injections citing the Egyptian Book of the Dead.

NILE’s Karl Sanders comments on the new track and video:

“Chapter for not being Hung Upside Down’ is one of our favorite tracks on the new record. It’s a lot of fun to play, challenging and unpredictable, but with an infectiously brutal, unrestrained vibe that I am very certain will be a blast in the mosh pit during live shows.

We are super happy to be working with Tom Flynn for the video for this song – he is a visionary with insanely creative ideas and a really cool guy to work with. Very excited for people to see what he has been cooking up with this video.

Facing the planet’s inevitable end with their diehard fans at their side, NILE waste absolutely no time with histrionics on The Underworld Awaits Us All, distilling their trademark Egyptology driven tempest down to its most streamlined essence. Charging into battle as its namesake depicts, “Stelae of Vultures” makes an immediate impact with dissonant guitar chords and supernatural drumming, teasing the auditory evisceration to come. Topped by impressive screams and gutturals, the track leads into “Chapter for Not Being Hung Upside Down on a Stake in the Underworld and Made to Eat Feces by the Four Apes”, citing the Egyptian Book of the Dead’s 181st chapter. The album’s most succinct track, “To Strike with Secret Fang”, blends low-end punishment with blackened death metal inspiration, before album standouts such as “Naqada II Enter the Golden Age” and “Overlords of the Black Earth” breathe new life with thrash and fusion experimentation, as well as real human choirs – adding a raw element to the NILE fold. Each track soars as a technical tour-de-force – featuring career-defining extreme drumming from Kollias, as well as razor-sharp soloing from all three active guitarists and palpable bass exploration. A perfect example of this equation is pinnacle burner “Under the Curse of the One God”, combining sinister atmospherics with breakneck pacing and whirlwind, vicious riff acrobatics.

Throughout the remainder of its 11 pummeling tracks and intricate interludes, NILE masters full-tilt speed and ferocious musicality. 30 years into their heavy reign, The Underworld Awaits Us All proves that NILE is marching onward and undoubtedly upward, bleeding metal for their fandom for as long as the sands of time will allow.

Karl Sanders says about the album:

We are very happy to be sharing with fans Nile’s 10th album. We worked overtime making this record as killer as we could – because we sincerely felt fans deserved our best efforts. The Underworld Awaits us All – and we will see you there.

The Underworld Awaits Us All’s mind-bending art was once again envisioned and created by Michał ‘Xaay’ Loranc, with reference to the cycle of life and judgment at its end.

The Underworld Awaits Us All track listing:

1. Stelae of Vultures

2. Chapter for Not Being Hung Upside Down on a Stake in the Underworld and Made to Eat Feces by the Four Apes

3. To Strike with Secret Fang

Formed in Richmond, Virginia, Thrash Metal Crossover party dudes Municipal Waste rose from the salty remains of a New Years Eve Keg Party in 2000/2001, in which they were later blamed for inciting a minor riot. MUNICIPAL WASTE have uncompromisingly stuck to their guns for over 20 years as the hard-partying and even harder-hitting torchbearers of 21st Century Crossover Thrash Metal. After staggering on to the scene with their 2003 debut album Waste ‘Em All, MUNICIPAL WASTEhave transformed from a cult favourite into metal mainstays for a generation by reviving the Thrash scene.

MUNICIPAL WASTE are 7 albums (and a string of EP’s) deep into a career that shows no slowing down, no matter how hard they party, in fact if anything their career is on an upward trajectory! Metal Hammer christened 2007’s The Art of Partying one of “The 50 Greatest Thrash Metal Albums Ever,” whilst 2017’s Slime and Punishment crashed in the Top 3 of the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart, while they have also sold-out countless shows on multiple continents and piled up tens of millions of streams in the process.

Tony Foresta [vocals], Ryan Waste [guitar], Philip “Landphil” Hall [bass], Dave Witte [drums], and Nick Poulos [guitar] promise to deliver an uncompromising, beer drenched, sweat inducing, high-octane audio-visual extravaganza while their relentless riffage, infectious energy will ensure the pit is whipped into a frenzy!

“We hope you walk away with some bloody ears, blown speakers, pi*sed off parents, black eyes, and a healthy distrust of authority,” says Tony.

Australian fans will be able to shake off the Winter blues and jump head-first into one of the year’s biggest parties as MUNICPAL WASTE heat up Australia in July! Cheers!

In 2023 alone, the duo branched out with the release of their own carbon neutral beer Largo, landed four spots in the triple j Hottest 100, completed a regional Australian tour, and were awarded a Rolling Stone Readers Choice Award. Over the course of their career the band have been nominated for multiple ARIA Awards and have released two albums, 14 Steps To A Better You and Permanent Vacation, along with Cordi Elba, their acclaimed collaboration with actor/musician/DJ and record label boss Idris Elba.

Brisbane’s melancholic pop masters, Ball Park Music, are one of Australia’s most beloved contemporary bands and a staple on the touring circuit, frequently playing Splendour in the Grass, Falls Festival, Groovin’ The Moo and selling out their own headline dates.

The indie heroes create music that is “emotionally stirring and witty, filled with melodies and hooks that’ll be rattling around your head after only a few spins” (triple j), with a live show praised as “indie rock uplift” (NME). They’ll bring songs from their latest album Weirder & Weirder along with favourites from their extensive catalogue, when they hit the road around Australia later this year.
